McDonald's

So far everything was good at this McDonald's. They actually put the amount of cream and sugar I asked for in my coffee. I like my coffee light with extra sweet. I hope I don't jinx myself the next time I stop in the morning. One thing of customer does not like is when they specifically ask for what they want in their coffee they put it in your car while they're driving of course they want to take a sip of coffee they take a sip of coffee and it's not sweet enough or they open the lid and it's not white enough it's dark as hell like the only put a dip of milk that was it. So far I had no issues we'll see in the near future.

Food was fresh but they are ALWAYS BUSY. Don't expect a 5 minute stop unless you drive through, it is always the priority. Great guys in the lobby delivered food and joked while passing out cups. It has a small playland so that was 60% of the dine in.

Recently, my visits to McDonald's have been disappointing. The fries, which are usually crispy and delicious, have been consistently soggy and lacking in freshness. The cookies have been hard and stale. Some of the employees are very rude when customers address an issue. I hope McDonald's addresses these quality issues soon.

The Female at the counter are Rude and have Nasty Attitudes the Service is Slow .

It's way past 5:30 am and they are not open. And a line of people waiting. Over to the Wendy or Burger King I go.

Person taking our order could not keep the drive thru flowing. To make it worse after we sat in line for 20 minutes utes she decided to take 2 cars from yhe same lane instead of alternating, thereby having g us wait an additional 10 minutes. But it's McDonalds. But if you are going to serve drippy food at least maybe try for good service.

Staff on point!

Worst experience i've ever had ata mcdonald's . I have a half hour to get my lunch . Stopped at this place, Order my food on the computer and stood in line to pay. The manager ring up a gentleman in front of me and then walked away without a word. About ten to fifteen minutes later, one of the employees walked up to the register, rang up his own order. Then inform the manager we were waiting. At the counter. At this point the manager says to me. We are short employees. It will be a while. While I was standing there when he was ringing up the other gentleman. He could have had the common courtesy to tell me then instead of leaving me waiting. I would never recommend anybody go to this particular mcdonald's. If you are hungry There is a arby's and a Burger King. Right there

They need a couple more people to clean the tables off.

Today was the second time they failed to put the burger patty on the hamburger. Make sure you check your food before you leave.

Employees were fast and friendly & food was hot and fresh.

Every time we come here, we sit at the drive thru speaker and wait. They don't even say something like "one minute please." They have installed a two lane drive thru but they still only take one order at a time. Every single time I've been there that's my observation. I've waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru multiple times. They are incredibly slow and I've waited so long to still have items missing. Terrible service.
