McDonald's

It's one of my favorite McDonald's around Chattanooga!! Drive thru cashiers are always so nice. I love that they always ask if you're using the app, and when you give your code, they call you by your name. That makes it feel more personal. Biscuits are always fresh, not hard. There Mocha Frappe's are always made just right, great hot or iced coffees and as always, the best fountain cokes! I personal think that the best McDonald's in & around the Chattanooga area are...... Trenton Ga, Ooltewah Tn., Fort Oglethorpe Ga. And East Ridge TN.

My kids love this McDonald's! It's always hot and fresh! They did put pickles and mustard on my daughter's hamburger in her happy meal last time we were there when it was only supposed to be ketchup but mistakes happen.

This McDonald’s is owned by a franchisee so I guess maybe that’s why they are nowhere near as fast as any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. Super slow and didn’t even give me the sauce I asked for after waiting 20+ minutes for a kids meal and a couple burgers. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. I decided to add a picture, I’m staying at the holiday inn beside them and the line has stayed backed up like this the whole time I’ve stayed.

We used the app and picked our order up at the drive through. Very good. Food was well prepared, hot and just as we ordered it. Drive through staff was friendly and efficient.

Fries were called, but it was 2:00 am
