McDonald's

I couldn't figure out how to pay for my meal from the screen. The guy behind the counter was quick to ring me up. I purchased a kids meal. It took 6 minutes to get my food. Right before it was handed to me the guy picks up my daughters hamburger and realized the box he set out was missing. He then proceeds to have a conversation with 2 other staff members about who took the box. They began to argue about the box while he stood there and held her burger.

They got my order wrong two times first time I had to return to the store. I always order a small side of gravy with no biscuit. I just always seems to be some kind of confusion. They charged me for a biscuit and gravy, and all I wanted was a small side of gravy. And this wasn't even the issue as they gave me the wrong sandwich. What really aggravates me is I just noticed that they charged me for a full order of biscuits and gravy instead of the side.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is one of the worst Mcdonald's that I have ever been to. The employees in the front of the restaurant speak Spanish not English, and the two Big Macs that I ordered looked like they were put together by a drunk!! The burgers were barely on the buns, the cheese not centered, and the pickles weren't even on it but literally on the interior side of the box. I will tell all of my friends not to go to this location.

Very disappointed! Had no decaf coffee made and had to wait for 10 minutes. Staff was mostly teens whom didn't want to be there.
