McDonald's

My son and his class wanted Mc Donald’s for lunch today is his birthday. I called in this nice size order around 8am. One manager (I didn’t get her name) answered the phone. I explained the situation to her and she never said we’re busy can you call back. They were ready for the order. I asked for Tiffany and I place my order and she repeat the order and by the way she was on point. I said I’ll be there by 11:00 am. Walked through the door and had the best service EVER!! Paid and was ready to go in less then 5 minutes….. Thanks West Eldorado Team y’all ROCKKK

This used to be my least favorite McDonald's location, especially in the evenings. But I generally stop there in the morning for breakfast on my way to work, and the ladies in the drive thru are always super friendly, and the food fresh. I usually get waited on by the same supahstah, the lovely Vernita, and she is always a breath of sunshine, even when my mood is otherwise sour.

Worst McDonalds in Decatur customer service is horrible they do not care no hello how are you no thank you and more worried about there cell phones then there customers I’m highly disappointed

As a door dasher this is the first McDonald's I have ever seen with 16+ employees on the clock working at 5:30 pm on a Friday with less than half the business as a McDonald's with only 6 employees and still waited 20 minutes (looking directly at my order which was ready when I came through the door) to be asked about the fact I had been standing there and needed assistance. And because I said thank you and left in a hurry I got called rude by an employee whom I watched stand there and talk while on her phone the whole time shameful service and business at this establishment. I personally will not be getting food here I will gladly go anywhere else.

It's one of the better McDonald's in the area! I feel welcome & comfortable here.
