Messing up with every order

Just plain sad, did a mobile App order and they screwed it up. It’s really pitiful!

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. Go to the one on Old Riverside instead. I've been to this location about 10 times since I've lived in Danville and they've gotten my order wrong for 9 of those visits. They take forever to respond to you when you're sitting in the drive thru, they have hella attitude, and to top it all off, the food is generally cold, dry, and somehow bland. This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's franchise in the history of McDonald's franchises. Avoid this place like the plague.

What was I thinking. The dumbest 10 dollars I've ever spent.

Deserves no stars. Place is trash . Dry burgers and cold fries even when you order them with no salt . I will never recommend this place or eat here again. Shut it down!!!

Last time service kinda sucked at Ballou park location.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONADL'S !!!! I have gone there several times because I live near by and every time they mess up the order. This time they messed up my order twice, and when i asked them to correct it they didn't. Resulting in 2 wasted trips there and back and wasted food!!!
