Food is exactly what you expect from McDonald's. Service was great. Food was hot and tasted great.

Bad customer service!! Burnt English muffins. Food just wadded just in the wrappers. Slow service. I hate going here!! Keith Bridge Rd will be my McDonald's from now on!!

5$ meal hits the spot. It was made correct and it was all fresh.

Waiting on drive through line for 10 min at the order menu and no one took our order, ended up leaving

Placed a curbside order, got there and waited 30 mins. Went inside to see what was going on and was told “the inside is closed today you’re going to have to go through the drive thru to pick up your curbside order”. Get to the drive thru and they start telling everyone in line that “We are having to close” and turning ppl around. Tried to cancel my order and the App said “sorry unable to cancel, team is already working on your order”. Well that’s a lie because when I FINALLY get someone to speak to in the window, they had no idea my order even existed! Total time waiting 56 mins. Unreal! This location needs some major help if they are to survive.

This is by the far the worst McDonald’s. I have given them so many chances because they are close to me and they dissappoint 100% of the time. Orders are always wrong, food is never hot/fresh, and staff is not helpful.

Terrible. This is the second time I’ve ordered a McFlurry on the app with extra toppings and gotten something totally different. I don’t even bother to go in and right it with the manager. They’re as lame as the people that work under them. It’s a new McDonald’s that looks fantastic on the outside and has a nice, new dining room. Too bad it’s the lower rung of employees on every shift. I want to love it because it’s close to my house and convenient but I’m done losing money by not getting what I order. Garbage. Not going back. I’m also not surprised to see it has an average of 2.8/5 stars.

I have been here a few times the food is good normal mcdonalds but the customer service is terrible kids don't know what they are doing.. I wanted to order a double deluxe quarter pounder he said I can only do either the double or the single deluxe lol HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE 🤣 also I've ordered it before. I also order large drinks and always get mediums. Seems like they need some new or better management.

Absolutely the poorest quality McDonald's .. every time I'm there for pickup all I hear is the staff cursing and saying comments. They take forever to to get an order ready and use the excuse they're busy when there's no customers. No Drink Machine in the lobby, no attendants up front to greet customers etc.. 0/5 stars would be better.

Ordered just an order large fries and this is what I received. Didn’t realize until I got home… too late to go back. Please don’t act like the fries come out of your paycheck! Customers should be receiving the portion of what they pay for.
