Did a Mobile order for drive thru and arrived at 2:25pm yesterday. Got to the pick up window and the only thing the lady said to me was “pull up and go find an empty spot” there were already 4 cars waiting in the spots so i took the last open spot. Within 5 mins there were 8 cars piled up along the curb behind me waiting for their drive thru food. At 2:40pm no one had come to give me my food and all the people in the cars around me were getting out to go inside as well. I walked in and showed a worker it had been 20 mins since i got my receipt and no one out there has gotten their food. He went back where i watched them quickly make my food for me. 3 other people were inside complaining with me looking for their food before i left. They should probably take down their quick drive thru trophy inside because that was a complete joke!

Terrible experience in the drive thru. Waited 40 minutes for cold nuggets and fries that were old. The fry carton was barely half full. When we got to the second window finally the employees had to ask what we had. They are unorganized children. Do not eat here. I tried calling to speak to a manager as well. No answer 2 days in a row.

My order was wrong and three different receipts with different orders not what I ordered online. Please fix this issue, constant problem each time I go there or order online. No one picks up when you call.

Horrible Place… You would think they know how to run a fast food chain, But they can’t at all.
