Young people you need to care about something
They sucked. McDonald’s has some of the worst costumer service I have ever seen, and they must have a love for cold food, because when you go there, your food will always be cold.
Worse McDonalds I have ever came across. Customer service sucks all around , I would give zero stars if that was an option. The people who work here are totally rude for no reason at all.
The service was excellent I wish I could have given them 10 stars for the service. Great job ladies!
I do NOT eat McDonald's food, haven't for many years! Do some research as to what is going on in Southern California regarding health risks to the staff.
Ok I come to this McDonald’s like every day to get an iced coffee and morning shift is always awesome and they know me I love Ms.Tiffany especially! They will give me refill on my sweet tea if I get one in the drive-Thru and they are so sweet and polite. but I’m giving a one star because of Bobby that works both shifts she is very rude she would not give me a refill of sweet tea I came to the drive-thru tonight and I saw her fill up my sweet tea she didn’t feel it up all the way. I didn’t wanna be a Karen customer and be like can you fill this up all the way I was just gonna go get refill. I’m very dissatisfied! But I really appreciate morning shift y’all are always so kind Mrs Evelyn always has a smile on her face! Well I’m back yesterday I ate a Mc chicken and I got food poisoning how I know is because that’s all I ate yesterday and it was was at 6:30pm when Mrs Bobby is usually managing please check y’all’s temperature I’m scared to return I will not be back!!! I’m so sick!!

My recent experience at McDonald’s on Buena Vista in Columbus was beyond disappointing. I ordered through the app and included a milkshake, only to be unsurprised when I was informed that the ice cream machine was down. To add insult to injury, they couldn't even process a refund and directed me to sort it out through the app, which proved impossible. Now I'm left with no choice but to waste my time calling customer service tomorrow to rectify their mistake. The young guy at the window offered no assistance whatsoever. As if that wasn't enough, they failed to notify us that they were out of apples for the Happy Meal and substituted with double fries without even bothering to inform us. Overall, a thoroughly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience that has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
