Ice cream machine is always "broken" at this location. They forget things too, like sauces and pies.

Just a minute ago some employee gave me attitude for speaking Spanish and refuse to get my order. I speak English as well but the person taking the order said we’re cerrados?? How could it be closed? It’s 24/7.. anyways bad service!!!

Ordered a Fish Filet and a QP, both were dead cold and the fish only had a quarter piece if cheese on it. Worst experience ever in my history of restaurant visits, could of ate better out of a dumpster!

Got in line in their drive thru at 10:23 to pick up my breakfast order, waited in line for 10 minutes. Gave them my order code and proceeded to pull around, I get to the window and she says “I actually deleted your order because it’s after breakfast now…” Got in line at 10:23am for to their window at 10:33am and she cancelled my order…

Best fresh Big Mac in a long time.

How is the food ALWAYS cold and stale??? HOW???? The quality is so bad I'd honestly believe you if you told me they saved yesterday's fries and burgers and just rewarmed them for 10 seconds. The cheese on the burgers is hard around the edges, the fries are cold stale and limp.
