Restraunt "closed" over an hour early. Paid through mobile order. They told me to cancel it in the app, app says cancelations are not available at this time. Charged for order I wasn't able to recieve, nobody is able to help me get my refund.
I’m don’t typically write reviews but I Put in a mobile order and checked in, got to drive through and was informed they closed already and told use to request a refund through the app. This happened around 10:50pm. Due to already being checked in and paid for, the app claims I cannot refund the order. We then called the store and asked them to cancel the order on their end and they had said they would however they didn’t even bother asking for the name or code on the order. If I could give 0 stars I would.
