Employee didn't care. Ordered 2 drinks at kiosk waiting 12 minutes to be handed cups. One other person in the store. They were out of tea.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I gave low stars because fast food is just awful, and I rarely eat it.

Thought I would give McDonald's a try after years of void. Wait time in the drive through had me leaving before I received my fish sandwich and strawberry smoothie.
Food is McDonalds average at best. Consistency is poor. This location cannot make any coffee-related order correctly.
Manager had a very nasty attitude (older lady grey hair) when I asked if they charged me correctly due to them giving me the wrong order, she was not a problem solver at all and should’ve gotten the receipt re printed instead of saying “idk what they charged if you don’t have a receipt” and kept going back and forth , as of a result I drove off and said I’m not that broke to be arguing with you. It’s a shame when the employees have a better attitude than the employer.
We were there to get breakfast sandwiches. McDonald's offers a 2 for $3 special, but this promo was not advertised ANYWHERE in the store and the cashier COULD NOT tell us what options were available with this deal. We nearly walked out, but we're hungry, already frustrated from morning traffic, and had limited time.
Definitely go here if you don't want anything that you ordered. This place is a joke as is most fast food these days none of them deserve a job but hey it's probably all they can get

Service at this location has seriously declined. Over the past couple weeks when my husband stops by after work in the late evening, the wait is unbelievably long. His most recent visit tonight it cook a whole hour to get through the drive thru, with them asking him what his order was at least 3 times, and they still got the order wrong. Unfortunately we will have to start avoiding this location.
The drive thru is advertised as being open 24 hours, but that is not always the case. There have been times where you go and the drive thru is simply blocked off. I placed an online order and showered up and waited for 15 minutes and no one ever answered. My order was already paid for. After I left and drove back around some time later, there were multiple cars waiting and it still seemed as if no one was there. I typically have decent service as long as I go between 7am-9am, so perhaps it is on me for not sticking to that window. However, I did pay for an order thay I never got (ES11-5332712). I would appreciate if that were refunded to me.
