New employees have been an improvement

Every single time i come here, they always miss SOMETHINGS. I ordered RANCH and CHICKEN NUGGETS, which aren’t cheap in this economy, AND IT WASNT IN MY BAG??? Waited for a WHILE, only to be disappointed. DON’T. COME. HERE. My kids are crying over this.

I had an exceptional experience that changed my perception. After a previous order mishap, I returned and was recognized by Uncle Joe and the manager, who went above and beyond. Thank you! Excellent customer service.

Went through the drive thru on Saturday night. Tried a chicken big mac and fries. Cold and gross. The fries were old and disgusting. The most incompetent McDonald's in cincinnati.

Food was fine. I was told to pull forward for my mocha frappe and they forgot about me. I had to walk inside and it was melted. Terrible A.M. service.

They can't tell the difference between a dbl cheese and a dbl hamburger. They also will not answer the phone

uncle joe was at the drive thru when i went and i actually have never had a more pleasant experience in my entire life. i made a mobile order and when i got to the speaker i asked if i could get some condiments or if it was too late and uncle joe told me he would go get me one of each sauce i asked for and that it was no problem. when i got to the window he did not just hand me one of each sauce - he gave me a cute little bag of the sauces, and gave me TWO of each. he was so inviting and friendly and i have never wanted better for someone. this man is an angel on earth. love you uncle joe thank you for your service. i went home and ate my wonderful mcchicken & fries with my sauces and i watched the iron claw. thank you for everything. #UNCLEJOE

22 minutes for drive through service for a kids meal. 7pm on a weeknight.

Every other Big breakfast I have ever had came with hot cakes and syrup, well mine didn't this morning. It was so disappointing then when I tried to call no voicemail picked up no one picked up I get it but come on now.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. If you like waiting forever for your food.

Shout out to Uncle Joe! Absolutely incredible soul and put a smile on my face. Unfortunately a lot of workers just see it as work. But Uncle Joe I can tell enjoys doing what he does. Mine and his interaction was short but impactful. He deserves much more than he is given.
