Seems understaffed as well as not managed well. Employees were arguing while the lobby is getting full, backed up with orders. All i ordered was french fries and a drink and it took almost 15 minutes. my fries were cold
Drive thru, quick service. Dining in, slow. But it’s always that way, everywhere. I had to dock it points on the atmosphere. But that’s the point! They purposely paint the walls with red and yellow, these jarring colors which and you want to hurry up and leave. If painted with blue and gray, it would be more inviting, but bad for business. I definitely recommend ordering in their app first. I see many reviews that talk about bad service. Not with me, but I order ahead, so when I get there, my food is already cooking! Last night, I was in there for about a minute and then they handed me my food! Quick and easy. It’s not for everyone, but they have specials on their app. Yesterday it was free fry-day. Where you get free medium fries with a minimum $1 purchase. I got a combo meal and they didn’t charge me for the fries. Automatically took about $3 off! They also have bogo free offers on the app. But I’m only speaking about my experience as an app user. If you park and go in to order, your experience may vary. Vegetarian options: Salad. That’s about it. Coffee too. But mostly salad. But not all salads. You need to get one without meat. They also have French fries, hash browns, apple pie and apple slices.
