The store doesn't have good service period. I was stuck in line for 10 minutes ( there was 1 car in front of me at the speaker) when I pulled up, dead silence for another 10 minutes. Fyi all quarter pounder meat is fresh and cooked to order that's why they're so delicious and juicy (ik I worked there for years) I was at the window for no longer than a minute and my sandwich was cold... I didn't even eat it, idk when it was made but the cheese was cold and not even melted lol What a disappointment y'all Like c'mon really!? Also I think they know my voice because they are always out of espresso and ice cream. Life hack if they have shakes they also have ice cream, because they come out of the same machine 2 nozzles but same machine:)
I ordered on the app. I was able to order breakfast but when I got there I was told they stopped serving breakfast 4 minutes before I got there. Order was cancelled. That's fine but the girl over the intercom was rude about it and acted like it was my fault. Horrible experience. They've lost a customer over the mishandling of this situation.

I had to stand around a long time to get my order taken even though they didn't have many customers. And it was way too expensive for what I got. So I'll be going there a lot less often

I go through the drive thru for a coffee many mornings around 6:30 am and their early morning crew is incredible. Fast, friendly, and focused!
