3 times in a row ive visited this restaurant and 3 times in a row theyve completely screwed up my order. Tonight at the window, the young lady looked into the bag, said, "you ordered the bacon quarter pounder and nuggets right?" , to which I said "yes" and then am handed a bag. Upon getting home, what do I find? Big mac and apple pie. This was either lazy, malicious or the most incompetent mcdonalds in the state. You choose

Whenever we order here always forgetting drinks.! Not just once.. or twice.. it’s everytime.! Esp with the happy meal.. and breakfast. The manager always yelling at her workers even there’s costumers. Not a good place.
I ordered on the mobile app for inside pickup at the counter. I went inside and received my order quickly. I left the location and found my burger was not plain/only cheese. I turned around and went all the way back to the store. I went inside and informed the lady at the counter. She immediately blamed me without looking at my receipt. After showing her the receipt she argues with me that plain means without cheese. I politely said that on the app it shows that I wanted only cheese and that their machine printed it as plain. Either way this makes no difference because the burger they gave me still had all the condiments on it including cheese…… I found her reaction to be extremely rude. Then it took them 10 minutes to make another plain cheese burger while I watch them make several burgers for other orders. I finally ask for a refund and another woman shoves the burger in my hands. They didn’t apologize for THEIR mistake and acted like it was my fault. This McDonald’s needs a serious revamp on their customer service skills!
