Asked for a double cheese burger plain, ended up with a double cheeseburger with everything on it, asked for a Big Mac with no lettuce onion or pickles, doubled checked that there was NO lettuce on it and I get home with lettuce all over my Big Mac.

This has been my favorite mcdonalds for 27 years (my daughter is now 27). The service has always been great as well as the food. Thank you McDonalds. YUM
