I would not recommend ordering from this location after breakfast has stopped being served. I have tracked a ~70% error rate with all of my visits to this location. The typical error(s) are missing items/incorrect condiments. I have so far always gotten the correct drink. I understand that McDonalds itself pushes for its staff to have orders out as quickly as possible, but if it means constantly getting it wrong while charging through the nose, your money is better spent elsewhere. I can recommend Whataburger as I have yet to ever get an incorrect order from them.
Honestly. Every time I come to this location, my order is messed up in some way. I just paid an extra 2$ on a 20$ order for the wrong burger and half of a large fry…
The soda machines in the lobby have been removed. No one is ever at the registere to take orders, and the ordering kiosks don't work. Drive through line us always very long and I have waited over 30 minutes just to order. With the prices jumping and lack of customer service I'm not going back.
Tell me why it's so hard to get someone at the counter to take an order when people are standing around and talking... I don't care to use the kiosk...
