The absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever witnessed. After waiting 20 minutes the order was wrong and the patties on our burgers were almost raw. Didn’t waste my time complaining until now. This place needs help. They also charge way more than any other location that we go to.

Waited 20 minutes for the food. No one is wearing gloves. I asked about it and the guy at the window said, “everyone wears gloves” as literally no one is wearing any. Then he gives me my food and says thank you for the patience. As I get on the highway, I try the fries and they’re cold and stale as if they had been sitting out for a while. I had to spit the fries back into the bag. Didn’t even touch the rest of it. Had to drive far as hell just to come back to get a refund. I complained about the fries and the manager says they came fresh out and I asked her to try them and tell me. Of course she wouldn’t. This place is horrible.

All I wanted was an m&m mcflurry and they were out of the cups out of spoons didn't mix it and the person at the window basically threw it at me was not worth the stop will not go to this location again

The cashier was rude and kept trying to get me to order a meal instead of just the sandwhiches. The Mcchicken and Mc Double I ordered had stale buns. They were several hours old. Got a full refund and left.

Ordered food tonight after work. I placed order via kiosk, and specifically requested it to eat in. After waiting almost 20 minutes, my order was placed in a to go bag, and it wasn't even called out, so I didn't even know it was ready. The burger was fine, but fries were cold. The harmony between the staff there is absolutely HORRIBLE. I don't think I'll ever return to this location

It is not a McDonalds. It’s anything else but it. They refused to sell me 4 large beef patties, stating that they have no way to do it. Old lady refused to do it even offering to show me how it is impossible. I do not need to see the proof of your incompetence, because I only buy beef patties at McDonalds, all around the continental US, and I have never ever heard such statement yet. If she is business owner her business will fail, if she is just employee, whoever is business owner, you have to train your employees better. In the meantime, I have to “enjoy” forced intermittent fasting today, which is not the worst thing in this life….

Employees at this location are extremely rude. The service is pitiful. It's impossible to get waited in no matter if you go inside or use the drive thru. When you order curb side they just let you sit there and won't bring the order. Managers are rude. They act like they hate their job. Worse location I've ever been to. Ever
