McDonald's

Seems to have reoccurring issues here. Myself and others have items missing or incorrect on a regular basis.

You could be the only customer at this restaurant in the drive through and they would still ask you to park up to falsify the scores for the speed they get cars through the drive through, which leads to you being sat on the car park for 10-15 minutes. Multiple occasions I’ve been here, been asked to park up, and they’ve completely forgotten to bring out the order. Once this was for a breakfast order, and they took so long that they’d surpassed the time threshold for when they serve breakfast and as such were unable to correctly fulfill the order On top of that, the quality of the food here seems noticeably below that of other McDonald’s locations. I could go on, but to summarise - save yourself the hassle and just go down the road a bit to Longford island or Cannock

Vegetarian options: Site needs an extension, gets very busy, although the drive through is fast, be prepared to wait if you dine in.

ridiculous wait for food 15 minutes for 2 burgers and 20 minutes for 6 nuggets only after bringing it up, picked up the nuggets off the side that had been sat there for a while. No apology or anything, thought the mcdonald’s by me was bad but this one is awful bad experience every time i come to cannock

At the drive through 20 mins from taking our order to paying. 15 mins at the food window and kept giving someone else's order. Good stone cold. Really don't know why we keep going because it's always always really awful.

Ordered meals with milkshakes when arrived got very cold food with bottles of water took nearly a hour to arrive, McDonalds need to look at all the reviews on just eat as the reviews are bad surely the manager should be looking at this and to see how to put things right!! I will not be ordering again wouldn't even give it the dog all been chucked in bin. They did give me a little refund £5 even though my order was nearly £20

Food always arrives cold! No sauces with the food, no response by Uber drivers, seems like they’re waiting with my food at the place watching it get cold, the only place to order at night and they still can’t seem to get it right!
