McDonald's

I CANT BELIEVE THAT I ORDERED A DRINK I SPILLED ITN IN THE CAR. I WENT INSIDE TO GET REFILL AND THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO BUY A NEW CUP SINCE THEY DONT DO REFILLS. THE BUN ON THE MCDOUBLE WAS STALE AND HARD. AND NO KETCHUP. I WAS CHARGE TWICE FOR A DRINK WHEN THEY SHOULD OF REFILLED IT FOR ME

2 crusty hard filet o fish

Slow, inconsiderate service. I sat in the drive thru for 20 min in the 2nd lane while the 1st lane continued to get their orders taken. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window to inform them of what was happening, I was told I could just come inside.

I mean it's a McDonald's...home of never get a hot fry ...busy place..and you still can't get Hot Fries!! Over fast food places...the only one worth it is Wendy's and Chic Fil a....Popeyes....

The ice cream machine is ALWAYS Broken. I was told they dont serve drinks on the weekends, the food always comes out cold and theres only 1 person in the entire store that speaks and understands English.

Bathrooms are locked. Hard pass, can't even wash hands before eating.
