McDonald's

Place is so slow. I found managers sitting and talking. Not doing nothing. Especially at night. How can my order take 40 minutes to be made?! This mcdonalds need some changes.

It’s really rude when it’s Friday morning dec 22nd 2023 and some terrible male that is employed there refuses to get off the phone inside of the ladies room that he supposed to be cleaning when you need it. What a horribly run place.

I think every one there cooking right now deserves a raise this was the best mickie ds I ever had at 32

I went for the Kerwin Frost box a number of times with my boss for lunch. Once the order was correct. Once we both received Happy Meal toys instead of the nugget toys. Two or three times we received the wrong sauce even though it was rung in correctly. Once we ordered medium meals, were charged for large, and received 1 lg and 1 med sized drink. Once we were given sweet tea instead of unsweetened for both meals, and the 1 time we used Door dash for both of our meals (ordered together), we received 2 drinks and 1 box.

This is in a great location. I am always nice to service workers, but most of the workers here are VERY VERY rude. They are rude teenagers that don't know how to say please, thank you, your welcome, or even have a good day. Of course you have some employees that are super nice but 9 out of 10 you're going to get someone rude that has an attitude for whatever reason. They open the window and just stuck out their hand with the bag of food and not say a word. Not a hear you go ma'am or sir, just silence. They are usually having a conversation with your food sitting there getting cold. I HATE going to this location because of the staff and the service you get. They seriously need to weed out the bad apples. No customer service skills.

Slow but what you expect at 12pm at a fast food chain.

Great fast food service was good.People friendly. Breakfast was great.
