The cashier that was working drive thru today on 2/15/24, in between the time of 2:40-2:55p, needs customer service training asap. Some of these young people are ridiculous. You can tell she was not taught manners at home and had no training by McDonald's on communication skills. They just need a body to run the window. Too bad my camera in my car is being replaced because I would have sent the interaction with her to corporate.

i order a a medium mocha frappe the frappe had a big rock of ice and a sausage mcmuffin but instead got ham ....i called mcdonals to speak with managers but insted the lady at the phone had an attitude so i hang up the phone lost of money we did not eat them
Got my order wrong then slammed the window on me when I tried to ask about it. I was very friendly, no reason to be so rude.
This is got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life, and I’ve been to so many.
