What I ordered: triple cheeseburger with ketchup only, 10 piece nuggets with sweet and sour sauce, shamrock shake and a small fry. What I got: regular cheeseburger only pickles, 10 piece nugget with ranch, shamrock shake and a large fry. The shamrock shake was the only thing in the order they didn’t mess up and when I came back to try and get my actual food or at least something I couldn’t

It is actually pretty fast and covenant for early morning transition to work. Never had a problem with my mobile app. And orders. The employees are very nice and friendly.

My friends and I go here all the time and every time we do the service is great and fast and the food is always fresh and tastes great!

"IF YOU NEED HELP, PLEASE ASK AN EMPLOYEE." Was, standing at the register for 10 minutes, while employees gawk at me and don't even greet me.... I'd say that sign is wrong! Slow food time too. 10 min vs old times of less than 90 seconds. Too slow. Plus, the "Don't use the cashiers" sign is RUDE to customers. Hire robots, if you don't want to do your jobs! Then you can get your lazy butts over to JFS on E Gypsy Lane, at Dunbridge. Employees delivering open/unwrapped food did not have required hair nets on many occasions. Vegetarian options: Not vegetarian/vegan, overall. A few breakfast items are though.

Great time with residents from WoodHaven. Service was impressive as there were 7 of us; two staff and 5 clients with either walkers or wheelchairs. Plus other customers. Smooth transactions, great fresh hot food. Perfectly minty Shamrock shakes. Plenty of room to dine. Handicap accessibility was convenient inside and out however, I had to reposition our mini bus in order to use the lift as a vehicle parked over too close into pur handicap spot. Prices are a little expensive for fast food but, worth it because it's rare that I go here. Thanks Parking: Only downside was being in a handicap spot with mini bus and another vehicle parked a bit too far over into the marked spot, blocking the space needed to use the lift. There was plenty of room for that vehicle if it would have only parked in the spot painted for that vehicle. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from parking space to ramp to entrance.. plenty of room for wheelchairs, walkers and additional customers.

I ordered 2 fish extra tartar and received 2 fish only little tartar.
