Mc Donald's has fell all the way off!

Had to place the same order three times because they keep not putting the one drink that we ordered in the bag. It’s really not that hard to do your job. Every time I pull up here almost every person working this shift is a bunch of bratty girls that are sitting there on their phones on FaceTime laughing and giggling and ignoring customers rather than doing their job. If you don’t want to do your job so bad, why not quit and let someone who actually wants to do their job work instead of you being lazy and playing on your phone you’re entire shift. It’s really not that freaking hard. If you wanna be a lazy bum do it at home ‍♀️this McDonald’s is genuinely so freaking ghetto at night. Have to sit there and harass people for food that we paid for is just wild

Drive thru orders are NEVER correct.. food quality poor. Customer service/courtesy does NOT exist. . Workers could not care less about their job. Definitely LAST time at this place . . MUCH MUCH better food and service at nearby restaurants.... SAVE your time and spend your money elsewhere for good food and customer service.

All McDonald's needs new help and people that is nice working for them! Update they getting a little better but still hate how they tell me the ice cream machine is broken just about every time I go through there or they make you pull up and park for a double cheeseburger plane with only cheese and a small fry.

Customer service is extremely slow for a fast food. People are waiting way to long for there meals. Update: honestly no one there knows what there job is. I've had to call corporate 2 different times. Customer service has well , there's no customer service. It's just plain horrible. I'd recommend a different McDonald's

My food is always good from this McDonald's, but it seems like no matter how big or small your order is, they will pull you up. Don't stop at this location if you're in a hurry.
