Got the wrong order 3 times given someone else’s food no apology just snarky remarks from the kid managing the store and kid working at the window the food I eventually got was cold and burned you guys failed hard today poor management!!!!
Had to pull and wait for over 15 minutes to get my food then I get all the way back home and the orders wrong. The phone number isn’t even connected anymore and you can’t even get a hold of anybody to let them know they screw ups
Too much automation no human contact
This morning at10:16am I went in line at the counter to order. I prefer to be helped by a real person instead of a kiosk! The employee named Jeffrey yelled at the customers in lined to go to a kiosk and someone will help them. When it was my turn in line to order I said good morning to Jeffrey twice before he returned the greeting and when he did his tone was very abrasive! He continued to be rude with his tone towards me slamming down the table # and telling me to go have a seat after I paid. This individual seriously needs customer service training. Ridiculous!
