One of the worst McDonald’s, doesn’t matter if busy or not, they take so long to get food out is cold by time you get to eat it, they seem to only know one speed and that slooooow

Had to park in order bay, waited over 15 minutes, chips were cold and soggy, big mac chicken burger was cold and chewy and apple pie was even cold. Started eating whilst still in bay. Dont have time to go and complain....i will never eat here again..disgusting..and more frustratingly nothing will get done..

Central location, food was great and quick service.

Drive through is slowest I've experienced and milkshake machine is never working. Update - went inside today and service was still stupidly slow. Update 2 - like a year on and I just waited 20 minutes for a big mac. Made me park up and then just didn't bring my food. Had to go inside and they looked at me like I was a mug for asking. Worst maccers in kent honestly.

As usual, they don’t give the entire order you asked and paid for. Such a disgrace.

The SLOWEST McDonald's ever. Been here a few times and the wait each time has been beyond ridiculous. Even though they have loads of staff just wandering around. Just drive a bit further for the next closest one.

Honestly the saddest excuse for a McDonald's. There was a ridiculous wait for orders. We gave up in the end and asked for a refund which also took bloody ages.
