This will be the last time I go to this location since the person working the drive-thru doesn't know proper drive-thru etiquette. I pulled up to the menu board/microphone and waited for someone to say, "make I take your order?" or "what can I get for you today?" or at least, "order when you're ready!" It was a good 5 minutes before the guy said in a snarky tone, "are you ready to order yet?" I said, 'well, I wasn't sure if anyone was there or not..." No apology, nothing. I'd like to think the employee would be corrected and retrained but I got the same poor service months ago when I went to this location. Management needs to pay more attention to how their employees are serving customers. Who pulls up to the order speaker and just starts rattling off what they want?? Come on, McDonald's, get your act together.
