McDonald's

The McDonald's at 80th & Wadsworth has essentially closed their lobby dining. They have removed the drink self serve. It is difficult to get anyone's attention. Order from kiosk. The family type atmosphere is gone.

To be completely honest there night crew sucks entirely, they hardly ever get my order right and never even try and have a half decent attitude when talking to me. This location sucks at night!!

The play place for kids was super dirty inside and smelled bad The food was fresh, but did one star because the quality of food ingredients Personally think that mcdonalds corporations make enough money to use better ingredients and definitely should use better ingredients. What happened to integrity

Egg Mcmuffin still a classic.

Extremely bad customer service, waited for 15 minutes until someone can help with my order, food was also bad, I ordered a chicken sandwich the chicken was disgusting and old, A lady in back of me had an interview who had to leave because she waited for 30 minutes and no one came to help her, will definitely not be stopping here again

Kid-friendliness: They love the play area.

My son’s large fry was literally half empty. And the stores response is, they’ll give feedback to their employees. I’ll go to the less attractive McDonald’s on 99th and Wadsworth for better service from now on.
