Queuing inside can take a while to receive your food due to so many' just eats' and deliveries that seem to take ages and be priority.....annoying if you're waiting for 1 wrap! drive through is usually quicker although breakfast items are some times cold. Especially flat breads. I'd rather wait longer and it be hot/ very warm as these are not nice cold.

Missing main item from a meal .. double quarter pounder with cheese on the mcds app.. used this due to food being delivered cold and missing on other occasions using uber eats.. I thought going through the mcds app it would make a difference.. but we was 2nd delivery again ... uber delivered .. missing items are down to the restaurant not delivery , that there responsibility when food arrives cold and an hour after being picked ... that's delivery issue... then all you get from customers services is to contact uber or mcds .. blame to third party... which neither take responsibility for... this needs looking into, not fit for service ... just wondering if anyone else has has these issues....

I've never in my life felt the need to review a mcdonalds, but this one staff member deserves it! This guy (I didn't catch his name) who's handing out the food to the customers at 11:30pm on 2nd April is by far the best customer service worker I've ever seen at a fast food place! He's so friendly and polite, I don't think I've ever had someone come over and ask how my food is either and he did, guy deserves a pay raise! Thanks for making my random trip out to mcdonalds after a really long draining day, such a nice experience!!

Nice restaurant. Lovely staff, helpful and polite. Lots of parking available and easy to find.
