The guy at the register was rude and needs to learn better customer service my boyfriend an I went in for a shake and he had an attitude with us right when we walked in.
Prices are great. Most of the time the staff is very friendly & very knowledgable. A couple of times I had issues but the owners were quick to address it! Overall I love this place!
Only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the one on southwest is actually really good store BUT THIS ONE on knickerbocker was not it . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . I went Black Friday to purchase a couple of things . I promise I regretted going here instead of the other location because any time I had a question I got a very short dry response . The short blonde guy was more worried about his phone than being helpful. Worst experience made me feel unwelcome like I was bothering him .
Maximus Nutrition has been my one stop shop for about a year now. They have so many flavors of pre workout, fat burners, and even some amazing protein shakes! They're prices are hard to beat, along with their customer service. All of the employees have a smile, are courteous, and eager to help! Their employees have always helped me pick the right supplements for me and truly have been a big part of my fitness routine. I recommend Maximus to anyone starting their fitness journey, or to those who need a boost! Great place!!!
I hit the one by Anytime fitness religiously after pumps for the protein shakes and other goodies. Kyle is the man! All the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely look forward to hitting Maximus anytime I’m working in the area
Walked in for cryotherapy, they were out of nitrogen which is totally fine. I was advised to book an appointment so I did. When I showed up they were out of nitrogen again. I asked if I should rebook and I was told to just walk in next time. ? I understand that running out is expected, but I don’t understand why they would book appointments and then not honor those appointments or at least give you a heads up that your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Appointments really don’t matter apparently because you’re still not guaranteed to get the service you’ve scheduled.
Maximus has always been so amazing! The moment I walk in they great me with a friendly smile and hello. They have been so helpful in helping me get great product and then you can never go wrong with any of their smoothies after a great workout! Check them out!!

Scheduled an appointment for cryotherapy. Appointment was confirmed via email and text. Showed up for appointment and the location was closed. Tried calling, no answer. Sent a message on Instagram, was never responded to. Why was the appointment accepted and confirmed if you knew you weren’t going to follow through? Why was there no communication? What a waste of my time. This was my first time visiting a Maximus location and I am far from impressed. I will not be going back or recommending them to anyone. Extremely poor business practices. Don’t visit unless you have time to throw away and don’t actually want the product you’re going to purchase. Also, someone else left a review with the same experience as I did below. Shortly after, several people gave 5-star reviews within an hour timeframe. To top off their shady business practices, they quite blatantly manipulate their reviews, too.
Got ripped off somebody used my card there and they did not even have the card on them but the store manager actually let them spend 172 dollars without even an ID and would not help out with the dispute
