Maverick Texas Brasserie

A Texas Brasserie with a French Influence. We have 4 different dining areas available for reservation. Our Tavern area has our bustling bar as well as windows lined with intimate booths that still keep you part of the energy of the room. Our Chefs Dining area is a little more romantic. You can watch the magic happen in our kitchen and sip some of our exclusively selected wines in a cozy banquette. Then we have our Le Cave, our semi private room that seats up to 18 people. One wall is our Wine Cellar and the other is a antique glass window. Last but not the least our Le Palm, a beautifully French inspired patio lined with a wall of palm trees.
