We have several family recipes that we use in creating our dishes. We use only fresh ingredients. Many we buy from local farmers. Last but not least we allow you to build and create your meals the way you want it. We always offer free tastings. If you don't mind waiting a few extra minutes any meat or dish can be prepared to your specific needs.
