I worked at Matchbox for a couple years food was an importance went try to the Bethesda location and man it was awful, Food was cold it was slow but still waited a while just to get a app I would never recommend going there especially for there cocktails no hospitality at all. Been to better restaurants explore but not here.

The food was good and the server was nice but a bit slow as they were understaffed. Enjoyed the veggie pizza and the risotto bites are very cheesy!

I love Matchbox! We go almost every week and they have been amazing to me and my cardiac alert dog. Some places make it hard for me but I've never once had an issue here. They are totally fine with him just curled up under the table doing his job! Since I need him to live it's nice having a good go-to with great food and service!.

The Fish and Chips here are great! The staff is friendly ands efficient, and the atmosphere is great!! I highly friendly this place!!

My bartender Tequila was amazing she makes your day even when you’re down but also makes you feel at home . She has now got a new regular

Good food, friendly staff, and pretty quick service for a sit down meal. Nice ambience for conversation... Would definitely stop here for lunch or dinner.

I had an delivery issues with your website where the 3rd party delivery kept canceling and I called and spoke with a tequila and explained my issue she told me no problem and I can come pick my items up before my meeting started and she waited for me and I was so please that she was a bartender and I will be returning for her

Yesterday my company had a gathering at your matchbox and we sat in the bar area . When I tell you your bartender Tequila ( can’t forget a name like that lol) was amazing she took care of all of us with no problem made our drinks exceptional and was able to remember everything we needed she laughed with us joked with us this goes beyond customer service . This women is amazing and we always do this once a year but I would love to come back here just for her . Thank you again Tequila
