Called to place a order and the guy wouldn't take my order ajdnjust hung up on me

Match has one of the nicest water views in Sarnia and definitely one of the nicest patio areas. It’s a great place to have a drink, watch sports, play pool (open table) or listen to live music! Went there once- wasn’t impressed. Thought we would give them a second chance… that was a bad idea. Went in and was seated, took 10 minutes to take our order (2 appetizers) and after 45 minutes of waiting we asked our waitress what was taking so long… she said there is 1 cook in the kitchen- which would have been helpful to know before we sat down and waited. We continued to wait and asked a different host if he check on the order for us, because we literally ordered 2 appetizers and have been waiting almost an hour now. He went to check, walked right passed us, spoke to the waitress and when trying to get his attention to see what the situation was , he ignored us. Nor the host or waitress came back to tell us what was happening with our order… We walked out and we will NOT be back ever. Trying to get the attention of someone there is ridiculous, the waitress was ignoring us and when she did acknowledge us she was rude and snippy. If you are short staffed you tell people as they are seated the wait will be a bit. Then a party of 8 came in and she complained about moving tables for them to and didn’t tell them their food would be well over 2 hours to wait…. Customer service here SUCKS! If I could give zero stars I would. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Horrible food!!! Meat was absolutelly raw, pasta was overcooked, french fries dry.... Not a single good dish. Everything tastless. When we left this place we were hungry and disgust by it.

Yesterday my husband and I went for a late lunch. Our lovely server's name was Linda. She was fantastic. The patio was totally full, but she made time to smile and check on us often. The food and the view were outstanding. Thank you Linda for a great expereince.

I went to the Match Eatery located at the Starlight casino in Point Edward. They have a delightful patio and my husband and I were looking forward to enjoying a couple of glasses of wine and a meal on the patio. Unfortunately the atmosphere included listening to a heated argument between the waitress and bar tender about how the previous day's tips should have been split. The waitress was obviously quite angry about the argument and as a result did not offer us the chance to order a second drink and just presented us with our bill as soon as we finished eating what can only be described as sub standard food.

Got an order for delivery containing the What's the Fill Yo? Wings and BBQ pizza thing. Wings were crispy, potato chips very soggy, would recommend placing separately on a takeout order although chips absorbed the moisture. BBQ pizza was very good!
