Master Pizza

I went to Master Pizza in Chagrin Falls. The sign said it was dine in as well as delivery and pick up. The restaurant consisted of two booths. There was no waiter or waitress. We ordered pizza and salads. The leaves of the salad were not cut and we did not have knives. The pizza was delivered to us in a box and we had to ask for plates which were paper plates because they didn't have regular plates and utensils. I definitely will not be visiting there again. Very disappointing.

Yum yum eat em up

I was there with my boss around 12:30 pm on February 26th. The sign on the door says 2 pieces of pizza and 20 oz drink for $5. Perfect. I love Master Pizza. Only today, the kid behind the counter sold us what seemed like last night's pizza. We were charged $5 each for only 1piece each of last night's pizza and a 20 oz. It was very disappointing.

Great lunch specials

We want to give a shoutout to the Chagrin Falls Master Pizza location. Pleasant on the phone, pleasant in person, and the pizza and wings were delicious as usual. The wide variety of pizza styles is a big hit and we enjoy trying them. Thank you!

I was driving home and was looking forward to my favorite pizza. The recording said "we're so busy making pizzas, you can go on our app, or online" to order. Not while I'm driving! I called Geraci's, they were happy to take my order on the phone and rushed my order! You should rethink how you deal with customers. Maybe you are so busy you don't need our business. I'm avoiding Master CF for a while.

The owner and the staff were so friendly and helpful. That cheesy garlic bread , OMG!!!!!! IT WAS SO GOOOOD!!!!!! I highly recommend it.
