I wanted Boston ferns and was able to buy 2 beautiful ones at a good price

This NoFrills was fully stocked and well priced. The staff was very friendly.

They have reduced tables and seats so hard to find a place to eat Sometimes I don't bother if no seats available

This is a clear case of false advertising and unethical business practices. As a loyal customer of No Frills, I have blindly trusted their pricing and have been deceived multiple times. Today, I saw a lower price tag for a product and grabbed three packs, only to be charged a higher amount at the checkout counter. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, they spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, showing a complete lack of empathy and customer service. This type of behavior is not only unacceptable, but it also reflects racism and discrimination. The government should take immediate action to hold such companies accountable and protect consumers from being taken advantage of.

Very clean store and also well stocked, no wine though. The self-serve area is way too small and some of the older staff in that area acted like bad cops.

I typically visit this store for my shopping since it’s very close to my house but the self checkout is horrible. This is the 2nd time I had someone breathing down my neck at the register. I didn’t use a cart and my son and I were carrying our few items in our hands since we didn’t need too many things. This same cashier working in this section was getting far too close in your personal space for comfort, last time I was in the store watching over my shoulder. This time I was looking for my receipt thinking I might have shoved it in my pocket, no she came up behind me grabbed my receipt from the machine and was reviewing it in front of me, she just stated oh I’m just making sure you paid for your juice. Are you kidding me! I’m a nurse and with my 8year old son. If she had asked, Can I please see your receipt, or had any customers service skills at all I would have gladly let her see it. But that was just rude and inappropriate. If this store is going to be like this I will not be coming back.
