We had Lisa as our waitress and she was amazing. Great professional. This is our favorite sushi all you can eat. For the price it is spot on and the quality more towards a lactate than buffet Great place
Place was not busy. But service was horrible order 3 appetizers off the happy hour menu. Pot sickers came out cold, plain edamame beans came out after 3 dinners where served. Then my granddaughters Spider roll took 45 minutes or longer. She was eating after the rest of us where done. The manager was no help saying they where busy. But people that came in after us was served ate and left. That before the spider roll came out. Not a sorry or anything. Just attitude. So glad i don't live here and have to eat sushi there again.
We have tried this place three times and just not impressed. Katsu sauce just tastes like teriyaki. Gyoza and crab puff filling are meh. Edamame is chewy like it’s been microwaved after cooking and cooling. And honestly it smells bad in there.
The toro, the rice tots, the love @first sight roll and the service by Harris is 5 stars! Will be back for fresh Hawaiian toro, every time. Wish you could text me when it’s in!!!
Been coming here for several years, we went last week (on a Monday night, 3/11) and the service was abysmal. The host ignored us and walked away when we walked in, took his time seating us, and never even greeted us. Very offensive. We should've just walked out then, but the experience was just getting started. Eventually, our overwhelmed waitress shows up and takes our drink orders, and brings back everyone's drink except for the sake ordered, which about 30 minutes later I decided to fetch for myself from the bar. The food was great but also took a while to come out, our kids asked multiple times to leave so we could get faster service. The waitress compensated us with a free roll without us even complaining because the service was that terrible. We're very disappointed and hope something is done to correct these new issues.
