I called to talk to a specific real person regarding a customer service matter 3 times; last Monday, yesterday and today. Last Monday, I got a voice mailbox and left a message with my number and no one bothered to return my call. Monday I called and got a real person and left a message for the person I needed to speak to only to not be called back even though I was told she would be in the office later that day. Today I called a different number and got a voice mail greeting by the person I needed to speak to early this morning. I left a detailed message with my number and it is now late afternoon. I guess Marylou's is not interested in keeping their customers. Time to find a new favorite brand coffee...
