UPDATE: I removed 1 star.. bad customer service from head office. I left this review and was asked to email their "experience" team. They've never responded. My husband and I have tried this location twice now since they opened. The first time we went was their first week open. We were impressed with the food but the price was crazy for the portion sizes. The staff were super friendly and our interactions were very pleasant. The second time we were not impressed. The "spicy" chicken has Cajun seasoning thrown on one side of the chicken all in one spot... And I thankfully noticed the mold growing on the bun of my big Mary sandwich before I took a bite! Staff were very understanding when I asked for my money back and they even tried to give me another one, which I said no thank you. They should be checking their ingredients/food more regularly. We probably won't be back again..

Only been to this location twice and both times had the same issue. I order a “Spicy Mini Mary” - those exact words - and they charge me for a regular Mary. I tell them that the mini Mary is not $10 and they tell me I must’ve not ordered the mini Mary to which I respond I most definitely did especially because I do not know what any of the sandwiches are even called. This second time I know for sure I did say mini because of the first mishap. The first time I paid cash so I caught it right away but the second time which was tonight I paid debit and it took a second to come through but I was still in the drive through waiting for my food. They did refund it but then proceeded to give me the bag with the regular sandwich in it. Now I’m not sure what the policy is but I repaid for the spicy mini mary and they pulled me after asking for the original sandwich back and to sign the refund which is fine. However I do think the manager should know that whoever was taking drive thru orders on the night of April 10th proceeded to take that sandwich into the dining area and give it to his friend for free and laugh about it. Overall none of the workers that I have experienced know what they’re doing or how to interact or keep costumers. Would avoid this Mary Brown’s and go to a different chicken place until they can retrain staff. A waste of time for mediocre fast food.
