Fresh food. Excellent service from Gurpreet.

Staff needs more training, went in there at 4pm before any rush and waited 15 minutes for my food. The customer after me ordered way more items than me and some of the same items as me and she got her food first. I have specific food requests as I can't eat mayo. I told them ONLY lettuce on the sandwich. I took it to go and always have to check my order in case it has mayo. Of course I get to my vehicle and check it and it is fully dressed. I walked back in and told them I can't eat it because of the mayo. They told me I could keep it and they would make me a new one. I explained that the reason I didn't want mayo is because I can't eat it as it will make me really sick. I waited another 10 minutes and got a new sandwich, not very impressed with the chicken sandwich at all. The taters are decent, they remind me of the old winks taters I used to get as a kid. I probably won't be back unless they offer something free. All of the staff are from another country and I think that's part of the issues is communication. Not worth the $15 spent on a sandwich, small taters and a can of pop. I also believe that some of these reviews are fake like someone else pointed out, one of them was left by someone from Ottawa that is now at Mary browns of Windsor. Seems super sketchy to me . ******Update******* PR stunt at it's best, never did hear anything from the E-mail address that I was told to contact and it's been over a month, they know they are not good. That's why they have to get the employees to leave review's for the restaurant. Any smart person would look at the reviews and the pictures of the people leaving them and then look at the staff and put 2 and 2 together. Very upsetting that no one is willing to own up to their mistakes, maybe hiring staff the understand english and speak it would be a smarter choice.

Amazing service and helpful staff. The restaurant is super clean and the food is fresh and always hot. Definitely will be returning. Their chicken sandwich is $4.99 every Monday. Best chicken sandwich in town.
