Brilliant place to visit great atmosphere really friendly staff definitely recommend

Cheap enough. You get to choose from many flat, warm ales or face judgment from the locals by choosing a bottled lager then head on out the back to escape the aroma of stale farts. Don't forget to hold your breath on the way back through though as the smell appears to be permanent possibly due to the minging toilet situation. Also cash only for your convenience

Great small micro brewery with beer garden and car port type covered outside seating. What we liked Very friendly Live music friendly Real ales What you might need to know Parking can be tricky (no car park) Dog friendly and can be wandering around. In street parking is fine but it’s at the start of a one way system once you turn off Heanor road.

Excellent real ale pub highly recommend the pork scratchings go with a decent pint

Very busy local pub rather small rooms but that wasn't problem. A outside garden nice to sit out there. I didn't like the shared loo facilities but I suppose that was down to space . Lots of interesting things to look at on the walls...

Fantastic little place with great ales, a wonderful atmosphere and some yummy home made local sausage rolls....life doesnt get much better
