Chef/Owner Sergio started making seafood in 2020 serving his community in Inglewood, Ca during the pandemic & had big success thanks to his Authentic way of making Mariscos, stemming from his roots of Nayarit, Mexico. In 2024 Sergio relocated to Austin, TX & opened up a food trailer.
