Chef/Owner Sergio started making seafood in 2020 serving his community in Inglewood, Ca during the pandemic & had big success thanks to his Authentic way of making Mariscos, stemming from his roots of Nayarit, Mexico. In 2024 Sergio relocated to Austin, TX & opened up a food trailer. Food is not just fuel; it's an experience & we make sure to offer excellent customer service & use nothing but fine quality ingredients you can taste leaving you feeling like you’re in paradise!
