Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill

This is the real deal..great ambiance, food & service. We recently visited for lunch..was a most gratifying experience. The view alone was worth the amount we spent for lunch..we will be visiting Mariposa again during our 2 seek Sedona vacation

It was nice. The atmosphere and service was great. The food was ok and the price was terrible... 40$ to add a lobster tail... 100$ for a bone in steak. Expect to pay more like 200$ a person for food that is mid tier... the ceviche appetizer literally tasted like it was topped with Heinz ketchup... A lot of people love the food but honestly, I believe its the experience youll be paying for above all else. Dont really think Ill be back.

Stunning views and ambiance! The staff was welcoming and service was great… no rushing, happy to give recommendations, good collaboration. Kudos to them For me the food was where things went a bit left. The menu reads as everything I could want. The scallops were a bit under, fishy and had no crisp even with the sear I took some home and trashed due to the smell. My entree and sides seemed not to have any seasoning, I added some as I a warmed the leftovers and then I could appreciate the cook of the meat and the quality of the produce. I was shocked to see how many additional seasonings the couple next to me requested just to make it through their dishes. I would certainly go back for the experience but wouldn’t go particularly hungry.

Great food, great cocktails, and great service in a beautiful place! And the Wood Fire chef is a Gigantes fan to top it off!

Our second time having dinner here and it was just as great as the first time! The food and drinks are delicious, we recommend the empanadas and yuca fries as apps! The dining room is very spacious and offers privacy, as well as great views of the Red Rocks.

This is the place where you would go to celebrate a special event - anniversary, graduation, etc. Good food and service. Pay down your credit card before you go. We spent $396 for 4 persons with tax and tip, but without adult beverages.

Went for lunch and everything was excellent. Highly recommend the cubano sandwich and coconut maple flan. Beautiful restaurant and location. We will have to return to try the empanadas.

This place isn’t what you think. Over priced with trash food and abysmal service. Just another poorly run Sedona eatery
