Mario's Italian Deli & Market in Glendale is an Italian-American food haven! Their thumbprint cookies are difficult to abstain from, and their sandwiches are massive and well-dressed. Mario’s is my go-to spot for heavy comfort food in Glendale, and I hope this mom-and-pop shop continues to thrive for decades to come.

Mom and Pop Italian Deli with great food and service. I ordered the Hot Meatball Sub and a soda for lunch today (1/19/2024) and it was amazing. Meatballs were huge, 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter, with great sauce and tasty cheese. It is priced above average, but worth the value. The whole neighborhood grocery store vibe is a must if you in the area. Parking: Large lot in rear of store.

This place is my favorite new go-to spot in Glendale for fresh subs and amazing Italian food.. & the ladies are always so sweet & friendly! Highly recommended

Great food, many Italian staples, and fresh food. Deli sandwiches are on point. Excellent flavor, with a great selection of fresh meats and cheeses.
