Pizza in a class of its own......

Management was very unhelpful. I called about reservations the manager refused to go look and see what availability they had. The only thing he said was that they were booked all day. Luckily we called another location and the manager was great went and looked at his reservations for the day and he had availability. I think if your management you should be able to check and see how many reservations you have and communicate to the customer. I will never go to this location again! Management needs to have more compassion and when someone ask you a question and you refuse to look at your books or give any information to the customer is wrong. I hope the manger see’s this and learns how to communicate better with customers.
