1st - our server Natalie was the only person truly hustling to her tables & apologized for the slow kitchen. We watched another table (not 1 of her's) be seated then leave after 20+ minutes of no server showing up. This restaurant is notorious for being slow but tonight was exceptionally bad. We were seated at 6:30 & didn't leave until after 8:30. Waiting at least an hour for food to arrive. All the while people for take out orders stood 40+ minutes. If you can't feed people in the dining room in a timely manner - why offer take out too?? I rated the food highly because of the surprisingly high # of gluten free options. Though charging an extra $2-3 for that option seems a bit much. Why am I being punished like I made a choice to be gf?! Most restaurants don't do that these days *shrug*
Quite a lovely experience. The food was good, shame they don't make their own pasta in house.
The food was amazing. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our visit very much. The decor was attractive as well.
Had pizza to go. Was delicious. I really want to come back and have the Italian it looks great.
Best Pizza in South Haven. Crust and sauce are awesome!
Had the palermo, and it was one of the worst meals I've ever eaten. Soft noodles, greasy sauce, and completely overcooked and chewy seafood bits. The house made wine was also very tangy and fizzy, this bottle was still actively fermenting. On the bright side, the cheese bread was good and our server was friendly.
The “Big Dill” pizza is one of the best pizza’s ever. You have to try it if you visit! I’ve eaten there for years and they have some of the best food and service!
