The BEST focaccia I've had in the city. And their bombolones are great. And the cookies. And the pasta. And the people. And the prices are very reasonable, one of the few places these days that are. Love popping in here!

Love Maria’s. There is no other business like this in Halifax (maybe in NS?). I’ve never had the takeout but the pasta, sauces, and other pantry ingredients are amazing.

Molto Bene! I had the focaccia pizza for lunch on Saturday. So amazing. I only wish this was the standard for pizza in Nova Scotia, sadly it's not. I always enjoy the weekend lunch specials at this place. Their fresh made pastas are way better than grocery store brands and their pizza sauce is the bomb. If I lived closer to this place I'd be much heavier :)

Incredible pasta! Beautifully cooked with super tastey classic Italian sauces (bolo and cacio e pepe)! Bombolone was phenomenal too, will be back :)

We purchased a mushroom lasagna and a pulled pork mac and cheese - frozen. They were delicious and I will be back. Purchase doughnuts also. Well worth getting fat for!! I will be trying more dishes for sure.

Happened upon this Italian pasta market just off Portland Street in Dartmouth. I picked up a box of fresh pasta, the meatballs in sauce, bolognese sauce and a package of mushroom and Asiago lasagna. WOW those meatballs were some of the best I’ve ever had and the fresh pasta was amazing. What a great little shop. Do yourself a favour and get down there and grab a lovely little supper for you and a deserving other!
