ordered pizza to pickup and the girl on the phone was rather rude, i believe her name was Lilly but not 100% sure & when i came in to pick up i was greeted with the same attitude and told her there’s no need for that and another fellow from the back came up and was rude also. yall need better employees without an attitude. absolutely unacceptable & ill never go here again. pizza was soggy and gross.
Update, was really busy, swamped, a little delay, but the pizza was back to great,
We have been ordering from this location for quite a while and had always enjoyed the experience. Recently quality has taken a nose dive. Last night was the final straw. We ordered at 4:15PM, the "promise time" was 4:46PM. We already knew they would be behind so we left home at 4:45PM to go pick up our order, figuring it would probably go in the oven as we were travelling. We arrived to find out our order had not even been made. As we continued to wait for an HOUR, we finally got our order. However, they forgot a sub and so while they made that, the pizza and bread sat and got cold. So, finally, TWO HOURS after ordering. We got our order and headed home only to find out the crust type on the pizza was wrong, the pizza and bread were cold, the sub was missing items and poorly put together.
Took over two hours to do a small simple delivery even showed up in store the manager running the counter looked so lost she couldn't tell if someone had paid for there oreder or not when it shows them we all did i shouldn't have to show up an hour and a half later just to get an email saying it's now on the way.. arrived two hours later from a whole promise time promise time is a joke
We ordered over the phone and was told a total. When I arrived for my pick up, I was told I had the $10 off coupon. Service was just great.
We ordered on the app at 5:45pm at 6:30 it said the pizza was out for delivery! Showed up 7p cold and nasty! I called and told the manager about it, she argued with me on the phone! I asked when the gm or owner would be in… she said look it up online! She was very rude! I spent $40 on cold nasty pizza! She sounded like a kid on the phone! SMH never again!
Placed an online order, it was lost supposedly. Talked to the GM Jordan, she was unhelpful and didn't act liked it mattered. No apology for losing order, just a smirk on her face. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM GENOA Marcos AGAIN!
Good pizza, and they usually have some specials running, and the staff is friendly
