Value of ice cream at this location is deteriorating. Both the price has increased and the quantity has greatly decreased since previously. At more than $8 for their smallest option ~125g and $9 for their medium size, I left paying $20 for far less quantity than I expected. They weigh out ice cream on a scale and put back any extra they take. Even though there are unlimited toppings, you will only get one or two pieces regardless of how many toppings you choose. It comes off as stingy and cheap. Milkshakes are even more expensive with toppings limited to just one. Cones all cost extra $1-2! Service is passable and the ice cream taste and quality are fine.
Hi, today I ordered Snicker doodle cake for mom's birthday. As per our dietary restrictions it was perfect choice for eggless cake. I personally prefer cakes which are not too sugary, so it's been the best cake. I am so thankful to the staff for making our experience fabulous with best guidance provided.
Went to this location a few years ago and back then it was so, so. Thought we would try this place again since the place we wanted to go (Chardon Ice Cream) was closed for the season. To our disappointment, it has not changed. The ice cream itself is good (although still measured to an exact amount and no more) and all three of our waffle cones were stale (like last time) and the price has only increased. I will say the staff service was friendly, as one would expect, but I would not recommend this place.
Tastes good but not worthy the price it is for.
It is expensive but the ice cream does taste good. You can find parking easily here.
The marble slab creamery was easy to find with lots of available parking out front for a Sunday afternoon. The shop was very neat and clean and the ice cream server was very prompt to serve us. And I am not sure how knowledgable he was because I asked for a pineapple flavour treat, and he pointed me to Keylime? So I decided to settle on cheesecake and much to my surprise, there were no cherries. I asked for whipped cream and the server told me that there were none in the shop or available. The two very small ice cream that my friend and I got came to a total of $16. We opted for the smaller size and in a cup. The pink chairs were a nice added touch to the ice cream parlor. However, much to my surprise the gentleman beside me had a banana split with whipped cream. Ummmm? I was very disappointed.
